Parade of Homes, Southern Living Showcase Home

Scheduled in September and October

The Greater Nashville area is blessed with a great showcase home season this fall, with both the Parade of Homes™ returning to the area after a hiatus of a couple years, and the addition of the Southern Living Showcase Home returning to the area after more than 10 years.

The Parade of Homes™ sponsored by the  Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee returns to the Nashville area this month, scheduled September 23-October 9 at Brentwood's Annandale neighborhood. Four gorgeous homes will be on display, and tickets will be $12 at the gate. Hours are from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. with the last tickets sold at 7 p.m. See our article here. The Southern Living Showcase Home, built by Castle Homes in southern Davidson County's Dorset neighborhood off Granny White Pike is scheduled to be open Thursdays through Sundays October 21-November 6th.
