MusicLites combine speakers and light

A new product from Artison and Sylvania, MusicLites simply screws into a light fixture and offer high fidelity audio & bright warm light that replaces traditional in-ceiling speakers. Utilizing proprietary wireless technology and distributed audio, the units provide the lighting equivalent to a BR 30 Long Life Bulb. The bulbs offer whole house audio distribution with a range of 30 to 90 feet and with with light cans of 4-, 5-, and 6-in. diameters. Costs are $300 for each LED/Light Fixtures and the wireless transmitter is another $125, but allows you to play music from a USB, smart phone, or MP3 player.
